The Great Patriotic war ended 75 years ago. This war changed the course of the world history, the fate of peoples and the map of the world. Our people resisted the powerful onslaught of a highly organized and well-armed adversary - Nazi Germany and its allies. We survived and won.
The highest price was paid for the Victory - the price of life. In the fate of every family, the war left its mark. Grandfathers and great-grandfathers, grandmothers and great-grandmothers performed their feat every day. They went to their deaths in offensive operations, dug trenches and organized field hospitals, went into the woods in order to become partisans, worked in the rear. For everyone, there was a duty. And it brought closer the last day of the war.
Victory Day is a holiday uniting generations.
Our task is to preserve the memory of the heroism of the people who, by their unity and solidarity, selfless dedication and incredible love for the Motherland, have provided us with peace, freedom and independence. Victory Day is a holiday uniting generations. We remember our history and are proud of it!
